SUPERIOR EDUCATION IN BRAZIL To understand Superior Ensino in Brazil is to subject it a series of interpretations of philosophical matrix and politician, therefore we will try to show to our point of view giving emphasis to the information of practical and construtivista character. Superior Ensino in the South America almost has a history of 300 years since the creation of the Universities oldest inside of the Latin countries that had on account occurred of the initiative and action of the intellectual community, without intervention of the Public Power. Superior Ensino in Brazil almost has a history of 100 years, since the creation of the first institution of superior education that if gave for initiative of the Public Power that was called University of Brazil. This vice remains until today impregnated in the Brazilian educational model that severely intervines in the creation of all the types of educational establishments, superiors or not, through the bureaucracy. To be more objective the fact of that is good for taking as reference one country as Argentina almost possesss a population of 40 million inhabitants, of which 8 million are registered some type of graduation course, we perceive then that 20% of the population are composed of colleges student.

When it is said in Brazil that almost possesss a population of 200 million inhabitants, of which only 6 million are registered some type of superior course, we perceive that only 3% of the population are composed of colleges student. In this direction it is good for knowing that many factors had contributed to fortify the great numerical disparity when the subject is related to the conditions of access to superior education in Brazil. We could cite initially without great fears that one of these factors is associated with the social control, economic and politician of Brazil, since its primrdios, when the country was used only as source of production of countless natural wealth that supported the European elite per centuries.
